Keith Long will be furiouswith how that finished. Kelly was fouled in the very corner of the penalty area by Kirk and Hoban, with his fourth penalty of the campaign slammed it low to Talbot's right for Dundalk's first shot on target of the game.

Cruel, cruel luck on the visitors.

Thanks for joining us tonight, Niall Newberry's excellent report will be online soon. From me, it's oíche mhaith from Oriel Park.

90' + 5'

FULL TIME!

The game has ended between Dundalk and Bohemians.

90' + 4'

PENALTY SCORED!

Patrick Hoban scores for Dundalk from the penalty spot.

90' + 3'

PENALTY DUNDALK!!!!! Dan Kelly is tripped by Paddy Kirk with seconds left on the clock

90'

Substitution

Scott Allardice replaces Daniel Mandroiu for Bohemians.

88'

Substitution

Sam Byrne replaces Ryan Swan for Bohemians.

85'

FIve minutes left here to endure. Credit to Bohs but this is turgid from Dundalk- I think Talbot has played in goal for Bohs in the second half but I'm not sure as I've barely seen him.

83'

Keith Long can be proud of his team's performance in front of 2748 cold souls tonight. An awfully bitty scrappy few minutes littered with fouls.

77'

Yellow Card

Daniel Cleary is booked for Dundalk.

75'

Yellow Card

Jamie McGrath is booked for Dundalk.

74'

Substitution

Daniel Grant replaces Ali Reghba for Bohemians.

73'

Substitution

Daniel Kelly replaces John Mountney for Dundalk.

72'

OFF THE LINE!

Gannon flies to head off the line as Reghba's cross shot flew beyond Rogers on the angle.

70'

'We are Bohs' being chanted to my right the loudest cheer of the night. Sums up the relative on field performance too.

67'

FIZZ!

That Man-droiu again with a swerving free kick from distance which is smothered by Rogers.

66'

Yellow Card

Sean Hoare is booked for Dundalk.

65'

Buckley clattered Shields in midfield, Duffy lifted in the free kick and Hoare leathered the ball into Dundalk. It's going to land in Park Street

64'

Yellow Card

Keith Buckley is booked for Bohemians.

62'

Reghba nutmegs Jarvis to find Lyons and Gannon has to head his wicked cross wide. Bohs win a second corner which Rogers claims.

61'

Substitution

Patrick McEleney replaces Jordan Flores for Dundalk.

59'

SAVE!

Rogers turns Swan's low effort around the post after the striker was set up by Danny Mandroiu.

Cornwall heads the corner narrowly wide.

56'

Substitution

Chris Shields replaces Joe McKee for Dundalk.

55'

Great work from Sean Hoare and the place wakens up here

52'

Great clearance by Lyons to deny Hoban! Hooked the ball off the head of the striker following Seán Gannon's dinked cross. Super pass from McGrath to release the full back. We've movement on the Dundalk bench as Chris Shields prepares for action.

49'

Yellow Card

Andy Lyons is booked for Bohemians.

47'

No changes to personnel or style here as the ball is ping ponged about and the rain falls.

46'

Second Half

The second half between Dundalk and Bohemians has started.

45'

BIG team talk needed at half time. No wins since the 29th of March, no goals from open play since then either. Bohs haven't conceded a goal since a 2-0 loss to Cork on the 15th of March so it's going to be an uphill task for Dundalk to score let alone take all three points.

But if there's a team in the league who have shown the potential to do it over the past few seasons it's Dundalk.

Half time change for the updates as I'm going to replace Danny Mandriou with Danny Mandroiu- his correct spelling.

45'

Half Time

It is half-time between Dundalk and Bohemians.

44'

We've four at the back for Dundalk now and it's looking a more similar shape to the one usually favoured here. However no pentration as of yet.

41'

First piece of action for Talbot as he sprawls to gather a Duffy cross. Better from Dundalk but nowhere near the form of previous seasons.

40'

Danny Mandriou is a talent- very industrious here tonight and looks good on the ball.Mountney wins a corner down the right as Aaron Barry blocks. Bohs clear through Mc Court and break.

That man Mandriou is on the end of the move as he shoots narrowly over the bar.

36'

Bohs are happy to soak up the Dundalk pressure and then spray the ball around when in possession.

CHANCE!

Swan robs Hoare, the ball is whipped in from the right and Devaney crashes the side netting. Thought it was in!

28'

Dundalk win a corner which Duffy whips across and is headed over by Dean Jarvis. Never close but it's chalked odwn as an effort.

22'

Bohs the better side here so far as Dundalk appear to struggle with this new formation. A lot more long balls from the home side than we've seen in a long time.

17'

First decent passage of play from Dundalk as Hoban, McGrath and Mountney link up down the right but it comes to nothing as Bohs clear.

13'

Free conceded on the edge of the Dundalk box, no need for it. Mandriou's delivery is headed out by Hoban for a header. Subdued atmosphere here so far.

10'

Jordan Flores swings in a free kick on the corner of the box. Hoban heads over and that's the closest Dundalk have come to threating James Talbot's goal.

7'

Bohs are set up with Kirk at left back, Lyons on the right and Barry and Cornwall in the centre. Midfield is McCourt and Buckley centrally with Reghba and Devaney wide. Mandriou is just behind Ryan Swan.

4'

CHANCE!

Bohs almost open the scoring with a stretching Mandriou header following a right wing cross

3'

Teams

Dundalk with a back 3 of Gannon, Cleary and Hoare, wingbacks Jarvis and Mountney. Centre midfield is McKee and Flores with Mc Grath and Duffy behind Hoban. It's an odd one.

GAME ON!

The game between Dundalk and Bohemians has kicked off.

0'

Teams are on the way out of the tunnel, it's drizzling rain but nobody here minds. Monday Night Football here we go!

0'

It has been a frustrating start to the season for the Lilywhites with consecutive losses to St Pat's and Sligo coming into tonight's encounter. On the flipside, Bohs have taken 6 points on the road from their last two games- recording wins in both the Showgrounds and Finn Park.

Important night ahead for both teams- it's 2012 since Dundalk lost three in a row and 2017 since Bohs won here in the league. Akinade's snapshot proving the difference on the night.

0'

Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Oriel Park for a crunch league tie between Dundalk and Bohemians. Tom O'Connor (@boscoisalive) at the controls here tonight as both teams ring the changes following Friday's fixtures.

Dundalk replace four, with Gartland, Massey, Murray and Dan Kelly being replaced by Flores, McKee, Jarvis and Mountney. Murray and Gartland don't make the bench.

Meanwhile Keith Long has brought in Cornwall, Mandriou, McCourt, Lyons, Kirk, Swan and Reghba.
